THE WHAT?
OceanSaver is a system of pods that when dissolved in water form a bottle full of cleaning product that can be put into existing trigger packs or bottles, avoiding new plastic packaging.
OceanSaver Pods are fully biodegradable and breakdown completely into natural elements in water, which avoids anything nasty reaching our rivers, lakes and oceans. All of the products in the plastic-free packaging are vegan friendly and have not been tested on animals.
These are cleaning products and the pods are a concentrated version of them, so they MUST be kept away from children or animals.
We probably don’t have to add that they are not to be eaten as you, our customers are bright people, but you never can be too careful!

THE WHY?
Plastic cleaning product bottles are a gigantic source of plastic-waste and the products they contain are frequently less than wonderful for aquatic life. By reusing the original packaging of another product, OceanSaver avoids creating more “virgin” (new) plastic and reduces the chances of plastic getting into the ocean. This is a true form of recycling, where the plastic requires no processing, heating etc. to be reused.
Although plastic recycling schemes are widespread now, but unfortunately most forms of plastic are recycled once and usually into a lower quality product. This downcycling means that although initially saved from landfill, the plastic will eventually end up there or being incinerated as it can’t be recycled again. This doesn’t mean we shouldn’t recycle, but we aim to reduce the amount that needs to be recycled as much as possible and OceanSaver helps that happen.

30% Non-ionic Surfactants. Phenoxyethanol. Benzalkonium Chloride. Perfumes. Linalool. Limonene. Geraniol. Citral. Per 100g of product contains 2g Benzalkonium chloride.
