Recycled Hardwood Soap Dishes from Non Plastic Beach

We have just put our new two bar Kon-Teaky and Recycled Iroko soap dishes live on the site, ready for you to purchase. These are both made from wood that has been taken out of buildings that are being demolished, with the Iroko coming from my father’s old Biology lab and the Teak from Oxford Wood Recycling.

Real Heroes Don’t Wear Capes - Non Plastic Beach has worked with Ghost Fishing UK for about nine months now and we are constantly impressed by the big impact this team of volunteers has on the most dangerous form of plastic pollution, ghost nets. These drysuit clad heroes of the deep have been tirelessly collecting wildlife threatening ghost gear all around the UK, saving various marine creatures from becoming entangled.
